Very amiable staff at the property, beautiful rooms. Marvellous setting very close to center of Plaka neighborhood, many attractions and THE CENTRE OF ATHENS. Btw, located to the main shopping streets.

This hotel is located in a great area, close to all the major sites and just a short walk to the main shopping streets. the room is spacious and well-equipped, with powerful air conditioning and large windows offering great views of the city. the staff is very helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. the surrounding neighborhood of Plaka is charming and offers plenty of dining options.

The walls in the hotel are a bit thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard at times.

There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a fridge. Unbeatable and comfy location in the heart of Old Town, near a shopping mall. We loved easy check-in too.

Plaka Heart exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon in Athens. The spacious apartment had everything we needed, including powerful air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen. The large windows provided beautiful views of the city, and the central location made it easy to explore all the attractions on foot. It was the best accommodation we've had in Greece, and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Slow internet in bedroom area.

The room at Plaka Heart was super cozy and felt like a home away from home. The double bed was really comfortable, and the sofa beds were perfect for lounging and watching Netflix. I loved that each unit had a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. It was great to have the option to cook our own meals and eat in. The private bathroom was clean and had a hairdryer, which was a nice touch. As someone who loves to explore, I was thrilled that the apartment was centrally located with easy access to all the attractions in Athens.

Personally, I didn't use the kitchenette much, so it felt a bit unnecessary for my stay.

The noise level was quite high, especially at night. The windows didn't provide enough insulation, so we could hear the noise from the streets and neighboring buildings.

Had the pleasure of enjoying an entire apartment, complete with a microwave and fridge for all my fancy cooking needs. Safety first with a first aid kit on site. Oh, and no need to worry about pets or service animals bothering me!

The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The host was also very helpful in accommodating my early check-in request. The room had a lift, which was a bonus.
